If you want to center menu, use Stack: Center header type.

Stack: center is different. Logo is in the middle and at the top.
I would like to use the transparent header (with logo on the left) and centered menu.

Yes, we know but this is the only header type where menu can be centered. Unfortunately with your header type, it won't be possible.

When I use menu "Stack: center" it looks nice.
But if I scroll website the menu moves to the left instead staying in the middle of the page.

What to do to menu is displayed in the middle of the page all the time?

Thanks. Below css will center menu the menu on sticky header:

#Top_bar.is-sticky .menu_wrapper { width: 80% !important; }
