Action button
I am currently using the university layout and would like to be able to add the action button to say "apply now". I am not able to activate it from the extras , under Header and subheader.
Kindly let me know how to add this action button.

why you are unable to activate this button? We did checked your site and you did not even set any details for this button under Extras section. There is nothing at all in html what means that you did not even set any details like title or link for the button.
