Visual Editor not showing in "Column"

Hello,

I am having trouble using the muffin builder. I only get a plain HTML View and no visual Builder when I edit a Column and want to add an image for example. Is there anything I need to configure first to be able to use a visual editor in the Column section? The normal visual Editor works fine on the rest of the page.

I am using WordPress 4.3.1 and Betheme Version 10.7
