Order Received is Showing Page Not Found

During the test on WooCommerce store using BeTheme, we used COD as payment method. Order came through but the final page /store/checkout/order-received/2876?key=wc_order_xxxxxxxxxxx is displaying 404 Page not found instead. How to fix or edit this confirmation page?

Hi,

please switch to default WP theme and let us know how it looks like under default theme.

Hmm, it also says page can’t be found. Does this mean the problem is from WooCommerce? Could you provide some additional guidance? Thanks.

We have the same problem - 404 after payment, have tried clearing my browser cache already...

Please make sure your woocommerce pages are configured and that you have a shop, checkout and cart page (go thru the built in woocommerce wizzard)
Also make sure that the theme version and plugins are all up to date.
What is your PHP version?
