Hi: 

IS there any way to avoid using the original image under the "Relates posts" section of my blog ?

e.g.:

It loads the big picture instead of the thumbnail:

    Hi,

    your image is not big enough for single post pages (currently we are using Full HD images), and that's why you have original size. So everything is fine with your posts.

    So I need to upload images at least 1080p and then they will be automatically resized? If my image is not Full HD i should make it bigger just to force WP to use thumbnails in "Related posts and slider: Blog?

    Yes, you supposed to upload larger image but we suggest to upload FULL HD to be sure that they would look great on different devices.
