How to add tooltips with img in timeline?

Hello,
It's look like this:
please helpe me in set up a tooltips (it's can be Muffingroup shortcodes or for ex. CM Tooltip Glossary).
When I input tooltips to Content WP area, everything is OK, but when I start with Timeline, they didnt work
It's look like this:
Plugin CM Tooltip Glossary cant find keywords in timeline.
