Scrolling issues and challenge with entering the page at the bottom

Hi there, it looks like I'm having an issue where we are starting off on the bottom of the page, once it has been viewed once. If you then re-visit the page, it automatically goes to the bottom of the page where the pageable containers are.
Is it a Java issue with too much java on the page? Also, on the slider at the top of the page, it works perfectly in Chrome (Although very slow, which we know about) where the 3d effect works great, as does the activation of the black and white section overlays, unless you visit the site in Firefox, where only the middle button activates things properly!?

as we see, you are using many VC slider elements what may be the reason. As you see, those items are adding #links to the url automatically. However, we do not have any impact on it. This is how VC plugin works.
In reference to 2nd question, we have completely no idea what might be the reason. You may try to deactivate different plugins but if this won't help, it would be probably a problem related with Revolution Slider plugin itself.
