Main Navigation Menu Not Displaying Correctly on iPad

Hello, I'm hoping you can help me diagnose an issue with the navigation on an iPad. The background of the hamburger menu background is transparent. The staged site is http://1dc.286.myftpupload.com/.

please use some extra css and everything would be fine:

#Top_bar #menu > ul { background: #FFF !important; }

That doesn't seem to have helped. Any other suggestions? You can see it added to line 130.

You pasted this css in the wrong place and that's why it does not work. The screenshot you pasted above is for sure larger that 767px width.
