HI, didn't find in forum, how i can change heigh (high) of call to action in footer?

for that modifications, you can use below css:

#Footer .footer_action { height: 120px; padding-top: 30px; }

how i can make text in center?

Just try. Change height to 50px and then change also padding to see which one is the best for you.

It is not possible to decrease it. You can only remove it.
