I used your tool Muffin Builder & Theme Options Migrate Tool 3, but not to modify these url in Subheader:

Mfn CB Migrate tool changes paths inside Muffin Builder only. Looks like your image is not a part of Muffin Builder. These paths can be changed with plugins WP Migrate DB which are responsible for moving databases or just manually.
