BeTheme, Best way to sync posts to Facebook?

Is there an option within the theme to sync new posts to facebook?

For instance, when I make a new post, I want it to be put on the wall of my facebook page for the site.

What is the best way to achieve this?

we did never tested any similar tool so we don't know if such plugin exist.
