I have paid for Oscar (MadridNYC) to install the BeClean demo - but it looks and behaves unlike the BeClean demo I purchased. He advised me to contact the developer:. There are black bars on all the pages and when you return to home page you are presented with a BeTheme advert.

OSCAR:

Well, I'm responsible for the installation of the theme (which I did) and upload of the demo content (which I did), but the developer should provide you with the demo content as in the site. so Basically you have to show him that your site has not the same demo content as in his site and he should solve this problem. If he let you know a different way to upload the content you can let me know and I'll upload the new demo content again, but he has to provide you with the correct demo content because basically to upload the content is to click on a button so there's nothing that I can do if that content is not in there.

So just ask him for the correct demo content or where you can find it and show him the installation and the demo content of the site that they're selling.


This is the 'finished' site Oscar has presented me with: www.AbsoluelyCleanGlasgow.co.uk - which is not correct/finished.

Hopefully this can be easily resolved.

    Hi,

    To hide black bar at the top please go to Appearance > Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar and turn it OFF

    There is no BeTheme advert, just default homepage. It should be removed before demo install. Please ask your developer to remove all pages, posts, menus, widgets, etc. before import demo data
