  Hi,
  
  looks like the problem is with Visual Composer plugin. We suggest to turn this plugin off and check. If this would help, it means you must re-install plugin files but please do this thru FTP only.

  If that did not helped, we suggest to remove everything and install fresh WP with fresh theme and plugins. But please upload all files thru FTP only.

  Ok, I did just as you said, and I'm still getting this issue. Brand new everything and I'm still seeing this: "http://www.lypticdesigns.com/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/css/vc_lte_ie9.min.css?v=1449442511"

  I just deactivated Visual Composer and my website is coming up again. I need that plugin though, don't I? Can I have the latest version? The theme only came with 4.8.1 and it's up to 4.9.2

  I think I was able to successfully import everything from scratch! I think there was a malfunction in the zip program I was using which was causing issues with Filezilla. Thank you so much for help! Can't wait to explore this amazing theme!!!
