Responsive menu not working

Hi guys,

Love the theme, but unfortunately, the responsive menu icon isn't working on my site. Also, my submenu items aren't working when responsive.

Hi Robin,

you probably set wrong value for Responsive Menu Initial width variable under Theme options > Responsive section.

The initial width is the default value: 768px. Is that wrong? Should it be different?

Yes, that is wrong. BTW the default value that comes with theme is 1239px. If this won't help, then please turn on cache and minify so we can have a look into code.

We don't know where because we do not use this cache. Looks like it's plugin or something like that because everything is cached and then css in minified.

You should look in Plugins section. But if you won't be able to find it, you should contact with your developer or admin as we are not your web developer and we did not installed this stuff so we have no idea what exactly did it and where. If you will find it, you should also deactivate maintenance mode so we can have a look on it.

I was able to deactivate the Cache plugin. Let me know if you can see the code now.

Also; I'm the web developer of the site; can you tell me what piece of code considering the responsive menu to look for?

I can also upload any file for you to check on? (Just tell me what file)

I only editted custom.css and nothing more. Just custom settings in the theme options in WordPress itself.

I have the same problem. Responsive menu is not being shown.

The website has been built on the billiard theme as a starting point.

Has anybody a hint on how to get the responsive menu working?

It was the color. The responsive menu icon was not visible.

Added the following css to custom css file:

#Top_bar a.responsive-menu-toggle i {

color: #ffffff;

}

That would be a solution if my menu wasn't showing. But unfortunately, it does show in mobile. But it's just the regular menu ul li.

Driving me nuts, haha.

@CandyAppleRed As we see, you got this mobile menu finally - in the left top corner what you can see on http://snag.gy/aLWQU.jpg - this is mobile sticky. If you don't like it, you can switch to regular under Theme options > Responsive section.

Apparently it is solved now!

Only thing I changed was the place of the menu. (As a sticky at the top of the website instead of below the slider).

I have the same probleme with a menu.
The menu simply disappears for browser windows < 1240px

I've tried this code to CSS Custom

}

But the menu disappear ever.. Do you have any idea ?

@fayamatt If you look at http://pasteboard.co/1pKeOHEE.png you see how many errors in JS console you got. We suggest you to fix them all and it would fix all your issues.

Got the same problem with my website https://vastresult.com/ it went on after the theme update mobile menu is missing but showing on desktop. How to fix this? can you check on it. Thank you.

Do you have the newest version of the Betheme? If not, please, update it.

Please also, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to parent, and recheck it.

I have the latest update of the betheme. I tried to disable all the plugin but the error still showing nav menu still missing on mobile view.
