my tool tip on contact page in the message us column is

also if i want to increase the icon size what should i write iconx2 or icon big

Sorry but we don`t understand question... What exactly you want to do with tooltip? What icon you want to increase? If this is icon, then only wit css icon can be increased.

Ok, we see. This problem is not related with theme but with formcraft plugin on your side. Below css will help you but if also colors will be modifed or something else, then you must deactivate this plugin because it overwrite our theme styles.
