  First question, where can I find my single post page and second one where do I configure the distance between Header and Blog. My Blog and my sidebare overlaping my header area.
  
  i solved the problem with the blog with a css code.

  1. All posts are under Posts > All section.
  
  2. You have transparent header type and this is how exactly this header works. However, we noticed that you did something weird and that's why you got so large empty space from the top of header. To remove that section and control padding from top, you need to use:

  .post-header { display: none !important; }
  body:not(.template-slider) #Content { padding-top: 150px !important; }

  This padding comes from your custom css what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/T6IJ7p5.png and there is no way to display an background image in that section because of that padding. It's just technically not possible.

  You can do this with the right @media query, like:

  @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
      #Subheader { display: none !important; }
  }
