Ok, thanks. However, we are not sure what you want to do exactly. Sounds like you want to set header background color, is that what you want to do?

Looks like you mean sticky header because this is the only place where you can do this. So, please use the following css to do this:

#Top_bar.is-sticky { opacity: 1 !important; }
