How do you use the built in translator?

I read the manual and it states:

"10.2 Use our built-in translator

If you don`t want to play with above files and prefer much easier and faster way to translate your theme we recommend to use our built-in translator. This tool is in Theme options > Translate section."

My Theme options doesn't seem to have the "Translate section title" it just has "General" "Blog and Portfolio" and "Error 404"

What am i missing here!!

And those are right sections. We have only those 3 sections for "Translate" what is enough for simple website transition. But if you mean to translate much more stuff, then you must use .mo/.po files and poedit to make translations.

Do you mean to translate theme into one language or you want to get multilingual website? Because maybe you talk about something else then we do.
