you don`t need any envato api key or purchase code for Revolution Slider. This is only additional option if you want to get support for plugin directly from author what is unnecessary. But we probably know what you mean - you don`t have buttons like "Create new slider" or "Import slider". This is definitely plugin's author issue and we noticed this mistake yesterday. That`s why we did update for Revolution Slider as well with latest 4.5.01 version where this issue was fixed. What you need to do now is download latest package from themeforest and update Revolution Slider. @infotechradhika As we see, you got revolution slider on homepage http://pasteboard.co/1grhk2Fy.png - this is how it looks like. However, slider, can be set for pages under "Page options" section while editing/creating pages.
