Subheader and Breadcrumps doesn't display

Hello,
I try to display the subheader and breadcrumps but it does not.
I have tried the options ... but they are knowledgeable and this is not displayed.
I'm going to see in the page Options ... button Hide Subheader is not enabled.
Thank you to tell me how to do ...

and removing areas:

Thanks. We did checked it but did not found anything wrong. Did you tried to deactivate extra plugins? If you tried, and this did not helped, please send us private message with dashboard access.
