Offer Slider Issue

Hi,

In my offer slider, the text is showing up below and not on the right side of the picture. I saw that there's already a post about this issue, but I still cannot pinpoint as to what is causing it. I believe my layout is already set to full width and I only have one item (offer slider) in the section. Please advise.

have you read info that we added for "Offer" item? This item works only with full width section layout.

Yes I have read the info, but I don't know how else to make it full width, I'm new to wordpress and not very tech savvy, please help.

The section layout is already set to Full Width, No Sidebar.

Inside section, you have 2 options: Layout and Style and both must be setup on Full width. More info about options for section you can read at http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#section

Hi,

For some reason the offer slider is not sliding. See http://www.pinnacle.hk/about_pinnacle/ , is there a way to fix this?

Also, how can I change the font of the title of the offer in the slider?

As we see slider works fine so we don`t understand what does not work exactly for you.

But title size in offer slider can be increased with below css:

.offer .offer_li .desc_wrapper .title h3 { font-size: 45px !important; }

@pinnaclehk - I had the same problem and got mine to slide by going into Appearance > BeTheme Options. Under 'Getting Started' > Sliders, you need to set your "Offer | Timeout" to something other than the default "0". I set mine to 5000 to give me 5 seconds between each slide.

@carterjo This is option to turn ON auto slide but @pinnaclehk wrote that slider does not work at all. But as we see on our side, it works and we don`t see any problem.

Hi, just testing functions of this slider, and, it is working, I set it to slide, but the "Slider button", the black one that on your demo is on left side in the middle section, on my slider appear below slider, much below, about 300px. It is so strange, because I can't see in css, why is in that possition.
How can I set it to show in right position.

@Multitex Did you setup full width style & layout in accordance to the information that we gave under this item? Because this item works only with full width section style.

Yes I did. I have no problem with slider image sliding function, it is working and it looks nice.

The slider BUTTON, stand in wrong position. it appear below slider, not in the middle of slider image.

Just solved it. No need to check it.

Something is in theme code, when I changed field above Offer slider, it set by itselfe.
Strange. But now it is ok.

To setup style on Full width is easy

but how can I setup layout on Full width?

there is just two padding options.

@Helena_o_o Please send us link to page where you got 2 padding options because we don't know what are you talking about. Above explanation is completely and this is all you need to do to display offer slider full width.
