Impossible to install the BeShop demo

Dear support
Could you explain us how to get the same demo of "Be Shop" site?
We aren't able to replay the same layouts, colors, widgets, options, etc like you have in your demo in spite of we tried several times.

Also, we aren't able to put the sidebar in the detailed product pages.
How we should have to do?

I want to add we don't have problem with the server since we are working in a local environment. We mean, we don't get any error message during the installation process so we suppose that isn't the problem.

If it helps, every time we try to install, we got duplicated every page.
