How to create a custom placeholder right under the top menu
Hi
I would like to insert right after the div id=Top_Bar a placeholder (div) where I can add my own html code. This place holder should appear in each & every page (posts, categories, pages, homepage etc) of the website. I would like to make this change through betheme options->Custom CSS & JS in order not to lose my changes in case of a theme update.
Please assist

what you ask for requires files customization. It won't be possible with custom css.
