may cause lies with the visual composer , can you do me update to the latest version ?

Sorry but we do not offer such kind of service. However, you can update VC yourself easily. All details about plugin`s update you can find on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/1155/wp-bakery-visual-composer-with-be-theme-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin (recent version of plugin is included into package under betheme.zip/plugins/ folder)

Sorry, but we don't get your thoughts. If you will read Item Support Policy, you understand that support for 3rd party plugins that are not included into theme is not provided.
