Is it possible to set the tags within the sidebar so that they are only displaying those that are input on an individual page, instead of the global ones?

for example, on each blog post i make I want to have certain keywords associated with it which I want displayed on the sidebar. Currently I am using the Tags or Tag Cloud widget that came with the theme but it is just showing all the tags i have created on any blog page, not just the ones specifically for the page in question.

Any help would be great.
