Sticky Header and Nav not working

I believe I have enabled the sticky header at appearance > BeTheme Options > Header and Subheader and then checking the "sticky header" checkbox but the header stays fixed to the top whenever I scroll down the page. 

Am I correctly enabling the sticky menu? If not what is the proper way to do this?

    Hi,

    sticky subheader can be activated under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Header section. If that's the place where you turned on sticky and it does not work, we suggest to start from plugins deactivation. Then, remove custom css if you have any. But if this won't help, you need to re-install theme files but thru FTP only.

    Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I was able to get the sticky header back by re-downloading the demo data. Still not sure exactly what was causing the sticky header not to show up though. I had to redo some of the custom CSS I had previously written though. 

    *make sure you copy all your custom css/javascript onto a separate file before re-downloading any demo data. All your customizations will be erased.
