How to add text above the navigation?

I see this here: http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/ How do I add a link at the far right, above the nav? Thanks!

It's Action Bar so you can do this under Theme options > Menu & Action Bar > Action Bar section.

Thank you! Is it possible to include links and right-align it? Right now I see that it's left-aligned.

To include links, you need to use raw html link. But to align them to the right side, you need to use extra css:

#Action_bar .contact_details { float: right !important; }
