I installed Twitter Widget Pro in the footer of
dougrichardson.com
. It's very difficult to read as all the tweets are mushed together. Is there a way to have some separation between tweets?

Ok. So to add padding between those tweets, you need to use extra css:
.widget_twitter ul li { padding-bottom: 20px !important; }
