  I managed to get all menu and categories nicely the way i wanted. But the problem is that.. Not all menu pages are being showed in Muffin menu or simple menu widget. I wrote few functions to add extra pages called "Log in" "log Out"(for woocommerce), depending on whether user is logged in or not. Those two pages are not being showed. Im wondering if widget takes info before function filter adds those pages. Any solution ?

  To display pages, Muffin Menu widget uses wp_list_pages() function but to display custom menus, we use wp_nav_menu() function.
