Hi

Is there any option, how I can change the header of a blog? I see also, that in the blog it comes with the social buttons (twitter, facebook and pinterest), can I somehow hide them?

what exactly you want to change in header? Any link to page where you want to do this?

I would like to include the slider on the post page (as on all normal pages) and hide the social icons.

You can not display slider on single post pages but to remove Share Box, you need to go to Theme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog section where this option is.

Can I put something on top instead, that the header doesn't stay black?

Yes, you can put image in header instead. When you edit post, under Post Options section, you have an option to set Header Background Image.
