How to remove heading below the Menu

Hi,

I am using betheme. I would like to remove "Meet our crew" heading from the page (http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/firm/our-crew/). Please let me know how to remove the heading. I want to start the content below the menu. Thanks.

Hi,

to remove subheader title and decrease padding, you need to use the following css:

#Subheader { padding: 0 0 220px !important; }
#Subheader .title { display: none !important; }

However, I am using sticky-menu. When I scroll down, the menu's width size is reducing. How to maintain the same width for both default menu and sticky-menu.
