Muffin Content not displayed in Google Search Console

My site has some pages made with Muffin builder, some with VC and some with both.

In Google Search Console (formerly webmaster tools) performing a Crawl>Fetch as Google>Fetch and Render does not display the Muffin content.
The same crawl always displays the VC Content just fine.

Some Muffin pages display ok, some show no content. VC pages always show ok.

This is a serious SEO issue.

I recently changed the content on a page from VC to Muffin as it is faster but have lost at least 60 ranking places.

Edit: Found the issue. When an item such as a column or image (or anything) has an animation applied Google does not see the item. Same does not apply to VC animations, Google sees the item/content fine.
