Like to install only one theme, the /be/tuning/

its my first website in wp. i have no idea how i could install this tuning theme. i only want this, no other. and i dont want to start coding or configure something. we like the clean style and we like to adopt this for our website, with other text and pictures. could you give me an advise how i have to achieve it? is ithis impossible?
