Are background and separator images in demos free to use?

I was wondering if the background and separator images used in the demos (attachments) are ones that can be used on websites created using BeTheme.

Hi,

it depends which images you mean. Some of the images we made,
some are based on free license but some we bought and these last one,
can not be used legally for free. So please show them us the images you ask about.

I was talking about the separators in the BeCafe theme. There is a bird, leaf, quotation mark. I don't really plan to use a background, but thought I would ask about those, too. Why do the attachments come with the demo data if they are not for use?

I am curious if the following are for use:

On the page from Demo Data>Content>Pages>Shortcodes>Content Elements, the Get In Touch box has an envelope image:

and in the Info Box there is a gear image:

http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/infobox.png

Are those two usable like icons?
