Parallax image doesn't work in tablet & mobile

I've put image for background with parallax effect.. It looks good on desktop. But i can't see parallax effect in mobile & tablet.
Could you please tell me which part to make it work in mobile & tablet?
Fyi, in beTheme options - layout - responsive on - responsive menu initial width 768px

we are sorry but mobile devices does not support parallax effects.
