Create a Landing Page / Splash Page

I am needing to create a splash page for users when they first come to the website. They will then have the option to select their language.
Example: http://www.nevro.com/English/Home/default.aspx

if you want to create splash page then maybe you should use BLANK template for that page?

How can I set the splash page visible on first visit of any user ?

I want, like iodesignsllc, an intro page where the users can choose the language.

It's not part of BeTheme, you have to create a custom JS script, we do not support that.
Also, we suggest using a WPML plugin to make a multilanguage website.
