Issue with setting a post page "Blog" as static page

Hi, I just installed BeTheme, I changed from another theme. Sorry for the stupid question but I am stuck right in the beginning: I am setting a static Front Page "Home" in Reading Settings and I created a "Blog" page which I want to set as static Post Page. Now, when saving the changes, the Post Page field jumps back to - Select- but WP says "settings saved". What am I missing?

Hi,

do you mean that something is wrong with the settings under Settings > Reading section? If that's what you mean, switch to default WP theme and then check.

Thanks for your reply. The solution was to deactivate WPML Plugin which was still running and afterwards everything was working well. No problem with the Theme!! Great theme so far, love it!
