Problem with the Logo size

Hello,

I have put my Logo in the exact same size of BeTheme but it is still too small. How can I communicate my URL privately ?

Other question, when I import the demo theme I haven't imported the "attachments", so the menu appearances is not exactly as the template. The demo theme is the "Tea". Is there a simple way to make it look like it ?
