Removing Under Construction Setting from FTP

I turned on the Under Construction setting to work on tweaking my website (www.craytip.com) but now because I have a frontend login for my website,  I can't even get into my dashboard as an Admin. wp-admin url takes me to the login page of my website, which automatically directs me to the Under Construction page. I think I need to turn this off by going into the FTP of my website but I don't know where I can find all the documents about this. Can someone help? Thanks!
