Need help with changing the menu navigation links

Hello,

I been trying to figure out how to change the color of the menu nav links because somehow they went from white to gray and I'm not sure. I thought it would be in the theme options but each time I change a color, nothing happens. Could you please tell me what I am doing wrong? I have attached a screenshot of the problem I'm talking about.
