Iconbar in sidebar and footer

Hi,

I've put a social icon in sidebar with widget text as yours from demo :
[icon_bar icon="icon-facebook" link="#" target="" size="small" social="facebook"]
[icon_bar icon="icon-gplus" link="#" target="" size="small" social="google"]
[icon_bar icon="icon-twitter" link="#" target="" size="small" social="twitter"]
[icon_bar icon="icon-vimeo" link="#" target="" size="small" social="vimeo"]
[icon_bar icon="icon-play" link="#" target="" size="small" social="youtube"]

My question is..
How to put the link?
If i put link="www.facebook.com/gdsjakarta" its going to www.gds.or.id/id/www.facebook.com/gdsjakarta
Same as my footer social icon.
Jfyi, I have put my social detail too in betheme option - social - general

Some of the icons are showed as squares and some of them are just fine, can you tell me why?

Okay, we know how square looks, but how does fine look like?

For example:

[icon_bar icon="icon-gplus" link="#" target="" size="small" social="google"]

The first one shows a square and the second shows the social icon just fine.

I've found the problem is because of a plugin, it seems to be using the same name for some icon fonts as BeTheme. I also noticed that in the blog section some of the icons were turned into squares as well.

When I deactivate that plugin everything is OK.
