  Hi,
  
  you can do it using below css:

  #Top_bar .menu > li > a span:not(.description) { color: #000 !important; }
  #Top_bar .menu > li > a:hover span:not(.description) { color: #E2E2E2 !important; }
  #Top_bar.is-sticky .menu > li > a:after { background: #000 !important; }

  However, the first two line of codes also changes the colors in the menu at the top of the page. Is there a way to ONLY change the sticky menu colors? Thanks.

  Yes, it is possible, please use below css instead:

  #Top_bar.is-sticky .menu > li > a span:not(.description) { color: #000 !important; }
  #Top_bar.is-sticky .menu > li > a:hover span:not(.description) { color: #E2E2E2 !important; }
  #Top_bar.is-sticky .menu > li > a:after { background: #000 !important; }
