How do I replace the images in the Gallery?

I am trying to replace the images in the gallery here:

but cannot see how they are accessed or stored?

default WP gallery
. For galleries, we usually use shortcodes about which you can find more details on
http://codex.wordpress.org/Gallery_Shortcode
