Video & Prettyphoto doesn't play

I would like to use the "prettyphoto” class to display a video in a lightbox. 

However, when clicking on the link the lightbox opens but the video doesn't play as it looks like the browser is blocking it. This is the message I get from the web console : 
> Blocked loading mixed active content "http://www.youtube.com/embed/voK8yyXHysM?rel=1&autoplay=1"[Learn More]

If it is an http/https security error, what change do I need to do?
