Header flashing on each page

For some reason, my header containing my menu is flashing (disappearing then reappearing) on each page. Can you please review and let me know what you find? http://hebron.selectlineup.com

Hi,

it's because you are using many different plugins. JS responsible for header is loading at the end and waits for other scripts first. So if you don't want menu to disappear, you can not use any plugins.

Can I move the JS to the top and force it to load first? Which JS is it and how would I do that?

If you are a coder and you know how to modify theme files, then you can of course. But if you ask for a quick On/Off option, we do not have anything like this included.

All JS files that loads in footer are located in theme-head.php file.
