Hi,

On my website there is a white area in the heading and below the subheading. See for instance: http://www.bcmspecialist.nl/  and some of its subpages.
How can I place the background image that is below the subheader higher so that there is no white line? 
I am also curious in how I can place it all the way up, similar like: http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/business/
