Recreating Image/Menu At Top of Spa Theme

Hello, I purchased the Be theme a few days ago, hoping to recreate the look you have at the top of your Spa demo:

Can you please provide the menu/header/slider configuration that will allow for a large image with the seamless menu overlay and the down arrow at the bottom? I have tried about every header configuration listed, and the menu's either sit on top of the image, or the image is limited to about 1/5 the size of the one shown on the demo.

Can you explain how to setup a slider without any transitions or options to move left and right?

In the demo, the Spa picture appears static, without an option to change.

This is a time for slides. Please upload slider for Be|Spa page which is included into package and this will be the easiest and fastest way to learn how this was created. We explained it at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/15/how-to-import-revolution-slider-into-be-theme

i actually did import the slider as described, but it still includes arrow keys.

notice how the main picture still has pink arrows in the lower right hand corner (to change the slides). since there is only one slide, i would like these removed. any suggestions?
