Content intermittingly not loading on home page. Input Vars?

Hi. I have a strange issue where my clients content is not loading all of the time. I am thinking I have a server environment issue at this point. I am not throwing any errors anywhere. Issue is here http://goo.gl/1ejyBy I suspect that i am pegging the input_vars or something but I cant quite put my finger on the issue.

Hi Nigel,

the problem may be related with max_input_vars variable on server side as you already said above. We suggest to check Appearance > System Status section where all details about server limits are.

It was actually a glaring conflict with this https://mythemeshop.com/plugins/wp-notification-bars/ I removed it and stuff works great. If I cant get another one working I will edit this post.
