I installed the zoo theme but the header is not showing (no logo or menu)?

You have maintenance mode active.

I deleted the maintenance mode, can you place look what went wrong? After that I wil place the maintenance mode back on.

Yes, we can have a look on it now. As you can see on http://pasteboard.co/2spbJfnW.png you have some JS errors in console which is the reason of your problems. This errors may come from extra plugins, customization or server side.
