Security module and blacklisted IP
Greetings...Had a very strange occurrence. My client's website went down yesterday with a 403 error.
I don't have access to their hosting company - the owner contacted them. He told me:"The issue with the site was the theme's security module blacklisted the Bluehost server IP address. The Bluehost tech was able to remove that blacklisted IP address from the access list and we are back up and visible to the world."
I have no idea what happened or if Bluehost is even telling the truth. There is no "security module" in the muffin builder, so I'm hoping you can tell me if something is wrong with the theme? The client is currently on theme version 10.9 - perhaps they need the newest version uploaded via FTP?

Their site is running fine now, I'm merely writing to avoid this in the future.
Thank you!

we also have no idea what Bluehost has on their mind because we do not have anything like that included for theme. We are sure that theme is clean.
